• We ask only for the data a task needs. An initial billing review can often begin with de-identified claim extracts, remittance reports or payer denial reports.
• If patient-level data is needed, we agree the access terms with your practice before any PHI is shared.
• Please don't send patient names, medical records or other PHI through our website forms or by regular email.
