1. Services
Revenue Medics provides medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, auditing, and clearinghouse services to healthcare providers. All services are delivered in accordance with the scope defined in your service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete patient information, ensure proper documentation for all claims, and review and approve claims within agreed timeframes. Delays in approval may affect reimbursement timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Fees are calculated as a percentage of collected revenue or at a flat rate as specified in your service agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Confidentiality & HIPAA
Revenue Medics is fully HIPAA compliant. We maintain strict confidentiality of all protected health information (PHI) and have signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all clients.
5. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Revenue Medics will transfer all records and patient data within 15 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Revenue Medics' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payers, clearinghouses, or software providers.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Norcross, Georgia.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
